Honey Bucket Route Driver in Pacific, WA

Tired of seasonal work? Sick of layoffs and slow seasons? Want a union position with great starting, benefits, on the job training, paid time off,  tuition reimbursement programs, and profit sharing?

You need to take a look at the exciting opportunities Honey Bucket has to offer!

Who Are We

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is one of the premier providers of sanitation and special event rentals across the western region. Our dedicated team of skilled employees leverages Honey Bucket's industry reputation and experience to provide a wide range of customer solutions including: portable restrooms, temporary fencing, and storage containers.

With over 500 employees across four states, Honey Bucket team members are also able to take advantage of nearly limitless growth and advancement opportunities.

What Are We Looking For

We are looking for an energetic candidate who wants to work outdoors for a fun, fast paced, and growing company.

The Honey Bucket team has an immediate opening for a Route Driver. The Driver is responsible for maintaining rental units on a predetermined route. You will have the opportunity to work independently and stay active all day long. This is not some boring driving position. Only about 30% of the day is driving, the rest of the time the Service Tech is lifting, reaching, bending, and pushing (hey, you won't have to pay for a gym membership!). You will visit customer locations, including special events, construction sites, wedding venues, air ports, parks, anywhere people need our services...which is just about everywhere.

At these locations, the Route Driver is responsible for:

  • Ensuring a positive experience for all Honey Bucket customers
  • Cleaning and servicing Honey Bucket units in accordance with company standards
  • Operating Honey Bucket equipment safely, including driving large trucks from location to location
  • Interacting with customers and members of the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Keeping pace with production standards
  • Maintaining company equipment and reporting any issues as soon as possible

Who Are We Looking For

You're perfect for this job if you:

  • Are Ready to Work Hard
  • Eager for Overtime
  • Have a Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record
  • Have General Geographic Knowledge (and can follow GPS)
  • Are able to lift 70+ pounds repetitively throughout the day and ability to climb in and out of the truck 60+ times per day

Why you should work for Honey Bucket

In addition to competitive pay and union benefits, Honey Bucket is also committed to the growth and development of its employees' offering on the job training, room for advancement, and a unique Lifelong Learning Program.

In return for its employee's commitment and dedication to providing industry leading products and services, Honey Bucket also reinvests 20% of its annual net profits into employees in the form of performance bonuses and provides supervisors and managers the opportunity to become shareholders.

The Legal

Job offers made by Honey Bucket will be contingent upon successful completion of a physical examination, drug screen, and background check, as applicable.
